Conducts audits of community programs.  Audits vendor cost statements; reviews vendor costs during rate appeals; audits agencies with multiple programs and makes recommendations for cost savings when possible; conducts periodic reviews of care providers’ management of consumer funds, and other related duties as required. 

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration and two years increasingly responsible accounting experience, at least one of which includes conducting audits or financial examinations.

OR
 

Completion of a professional accounting curriculum certificate program and three years increasingly responsible accounting experience, at least one of which includes conducting audits or financial examinations.

Minimum qualifications may be waived depending on the agency’s need for specialized skills (such as language abilities). 

Seven Step Monthly Salary Range

Under the general supervision of a Case Management Supervisor, a Client Program Coordinator is responsible for the full range of case management duties including management of cases requiring intensive support and occasional client intakes. 

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

Bachelor's Degree in a field which offers content related to developmental disabilities, such as psychology, counseling, special education or nursing and three years experience in a field related to developmental disabilities.

 -OR- 

Master's Degree in a field related to developmental disabilities. 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS 

Possession of a valid driver's license, and minimum legal automobile liability insurance, or access to another form of reliable transportation.  Bilingual Spanish/English speaking desirable.
