Under the general supervision of the Quality Assurance Unit Supervisor, conducts, reviews and monitors special incident report (SIR) investigations; consults with Case Management and Clinical staff concerning SIR issues; provides recommendations to and participates in the Risk Management, Assessment and Planning Committee; performs related work as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Any combination equivalent to a completion of an Associates Degree or certificate in nursing, medical assistance, law, paralegal or a related field with two years experience in the medical, legal, or Developmental Disabilities field.

Two years paid experience at a California Regional Center.

Provides full office support and client services assistance to a department under the direction of a Case Management Supervisor. 

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 

Equivalent to graduation from high school; three years paid clerical experience 

OR 

Graduation from business school or other two-year post high school secretarial program and two years experience.  Must know Microsoft Word have the ability to type 50 WPM.

Case Management Supervisor Adult Unit –Napa

Under the general direction of the Adult Services Manager, orients, trains, supervises, and evaluates case management staff; coordinates case management activities with other program staff; ensures that client individual program plans are effectively implemented in a manner consistent with client needs, laws, regulations, and North Bay Regional Center policies and procedures; organizes and supervises liaison activities with community residential programs. 

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
 

Completion of a Master's Degree from an accredited university in a field which offers content related to developmental disabilities, such as social work, psychology or nursing.  Three years paid case management experience after the degree, at least one of which is in the field of developmental services and one-year supervisory experience.

OR 

Two years in a professional position at a California Regional Center and two years case management experience. 

Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Under the general supervision of the Fiscal Services Supervisor, maintains a system of individual authorizations for client services and monitors billings for those services; prepares various statistical reports; monitors the appropriate use of authorizations; maintains contact with vendors and Client Program Coordinators regarding purchases of service; maintains files and correspondence for State/Federal audits; ensures that all NBRC vendors submit required billings and timesheets for payment; invoice payments.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

Two years experience in keeping or reviewing accounting or fiscal records, or three years of general clerical experience 

OR 

One year general clerical experience and compilation of at least nine semester hours of a professional accounting curriculum.

Provides evaluation of nursing needs of clients in the Children & Adult Service sections; provides consultations to ensure that the nursing care component of client service plans are clinically appropriate and effectively implemented.  Works with staff to develop community services for the developmentally disabled. 

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

Possession of B.S.N; graduation from an accredited pediatric nurse associate or practitioner program, family nurse practitioner program or public health nursing program; and two years direct experience in public health nursing with experience in maternal and child health.  Possession of a California P.H.N. license is required. 

Experience with developmentally disabled people is preferred.  Experience as part of an  interdisciplinary team is preferred.
