CLIENT PROGRAM COORDINATOR Adult Unit Napa

 

Under the general supervision of a Case Management Supervisor, a Client Program Coordinator is responsible for the full range of case management duties including management of cases requiring intensive support and occasional client intakes. 

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in a field which offers content related to developmental disabilities, such as psychology, counseling, special education or nursing and three years experience in a field related to developmental disabilities. 

 OR- 

Master's Degree in a field related to developmental disabilities. 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS 

Possession of a valid driver's license, and minimum legal automobile liability insurance, or access to another form of reliable transportation.  Bilingual Spanish/English speaking desirable.

Seven Step Monthly Salary Range
